This is obviously way out of my iujernd shoulder approved movements. 8 x 200m sprints at 100% effort outside the house here in Brooklyn. Ran about a mile easy to warm up (AHAHAAH, not possible in this cold). Did some stretching and wood chops outside. And then the sprints. I am not sure what was worse. doing this in 100 degree heat and 85% humidity in the summer or in the freezing cold today. I couldnt really time myself but i am fairly certain it was faster than the last time we did these. Lungs are on fire and my skull was throbbing from the cold on the brisk walk/jog back up the block. The older folks were giving me dirty looks as i ran by again and again white they sat on their walkers bundled up and chatting about whatever it is they chat about. Cant wait to be back indoors at 212, but ill train the Siberian blood in the meantime.On another note today is Hail to the Queen. Our very own LilC and Miller are there representing. I just wanna give them huge love and support and they crush the field in their abilities and their work ethic. Both of them are amazing examples of athletes and dedication. You go girls!!!!! 0
